One of the most beautiful projects made by Camar. It is a five floors staircase placed in a private house in Budapest (Hungary) and made in Honey Onix. It has been used a book-match polishing technique to assure the continuation of the Onix veins through all the elements of the staircase, like floor tiles, risers, lands, and treads, without interrupting at any time.
To make it possible 3D measurement in construction scanner took very precise measurements. Each slab of Onix was photographed. And a rendering was developed with the real measurements to determine the cutting position of each piece of the staircase.
A total of 150m2 of 2cm thickness slabs and 2m3 of massive blocks were used.
