Exclusive projects depend upon close contact and cooperation between the Architect, Property Owner and CAMAR to achieve architectural realities as depicted. The façade was made with a total of 290 m3 of Crema Albero marble where the division between the floors were made with string moldings with a thick solid marble but with the finest detail. Wall cladding with a thickness of 3cm was fitted to the walls using the classic mounting system, glued to the load – bearing wall with cement and four anchorage anti-drop pieces. These were all perfectly joined and fitted to the window surrounds, jambs and lintels, finished with a solid triangular pediment on the top.
The main entry porch was supported by four structural concrete pillars covered by 6.75 m high hollow columns with Corinthian carved capitals, upon which rests a big 7.5m long triangular pediment with a central star sculpted in high relief.
Indoor we can find an impressive double staircase made in Crema Marfil and different floorings with water jet details. Undoubtedly, a unique and exclusive project. Just fine work.
